Update and pictures

Well we had fun yesterday. I am part of a yahoo group for parents of triplets and more of the same age group. Obviously, most of us have never actually met. One couple that is part of the group was here on vacation. We loaned them 3 of our pack and plays to use at their hotel. We had breakfast with them yesterday morning. Besides being incredibally sweet people, they have an adorable set of triplets. We went to Crackerbarrel where we drew quite a bit of attention. I thought going out with my trio was bad but I discovered yesterday that when you add a second set of triplets the attentionis worse. It could have been alot worse though. Steve and I had a good time and hopefully we can get to know them a bit better. We are planning a vacation next year and we will just happen to be in their neck of the woods so hopefully we can get together.

Lucy is really getting her knees up under her so I don't think it will be long before she really starts trying to crawl. She is also reaching up for things when she is on her tummy so I think pulling up is getting close as well. She still only has 2 teeth but she uses them efficently when eating Gerber puffs. She really likes the puffs by the way. She has suddenly developed an umbilical hernia. It feels like it is a lot bigger than Joshua's was.

Joshua finally rolled over but only after being really mad. He was so tired yesterday that he wouldn't go to sleep. I put him down and let him cry. After 15 min(that was all I could stand) I went to get him and he had rolled to his tummy. He is still perfectly content however you lay him down when he is in a good mood. He won't even try to roll but last night proved my theory. He is just being lazy. He occassionally puts his knees up under him but with the latest theory proved, I think it will be awhile before he tries to crawl. He is finally eating the puffs and not gaging and throwing up when we put them in his mouth. He has discovered that they are good. He and Lucy both were eating small pieces of my biscuit at breakfast yesterday. He still only has the 2 teeth.

Markas is rolling all over the place too. He puts his knees up under him as well. He really likes the Gerber puffs too but won't eat anything else with texture. Weird kid! He is sitting up pretty good now too. So is Lucy and Joshua will too but not for as long as his brother and sister. Markas really isn't trying anything new just yet. He still only has the one tooth.

Just for nostalgia purposes. I really did use to be skinny!

This little turkey wouldn't go to sleep. We went to get daddy up for work and I laid himdown. He rolled over and was asleep in less than 5 min.

She saw the opthomologist this day and these were the sunglasses they gave me for her. She actually kept them on. I think she realized that they helped. She had her eyes dialated.
